2. Only individual members are allowed to register to You2.ws. We don’t accept commercial use of our site, nor any companies, businesses and/or any organizations.

3. All contents in You2.ws belong to our company, Dream Concept International Ltd and are protected by copyrights. Members are not allowed to copy and/or transmit any information published on You2.ws.

4. Members of You2.ws are solely responsible for the contents that they publish on our site or that they transmit to other members.
Once you register to You2.ws, you agree that we may review and delete any photos, texts, informations and/or messages in the sole judgment of You2.com and without any further explanations.
Members must use You2.ws with the respect of any and all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Members are not allowed to solicitate other members to buy or sell any products or services, or to transmit any chain letters or junk emails to other members. In order to avoid any of these solicitations, You2.ws reserves the right to limit the number of emails which members may send to other members each day or week.

6. Members are allowed to open only ONE account. In case they open several accounts, it will be considered as a fraud and the accounts of these members will be automatically closed without any refund. To control this rule, we store the IP numbers of each member.

7. All payments made by members are final, non-refundable nor non-cancelable once they are accepted by You2.ws.

8. AFFILIATE PROGRAM. When members make new affiliates to You2.ws, they receive 10%, on a three levels downline, on all payments made by their affiliates, when they pay or upgrade their membership or when they pay to advertise on You2.ws.
To make new affiliates, members must use their personal referral link, which is published in their account in You2.ws.

9. We will not tolerate SPAM in You2.ws, nor to promote our site in order to make new affiliates. All SPAMMERS will be immediately and permanently removed from our site.

10. You agree that You2.ws is allowed to send you regular information by e-mail. Members who refuse our e-mails will be automatically removed from our program, without prior notice and without any refund.

11. You2.ws reserves the right to modify its rules at any moment, without prior notice. Members are supposed to read our terms when they login in our site.
